Using advanced Solidworks 3D CAD and Cosmos FEA software, MFactory has optimized gear geometry, reducing drivetrain losses and transferring up to 1-2% more power to the ground than competing LSDs.

The MFactory Helical LSD is available in multiple stages with adjustable bias ratios, allowing up to 75% torque transfer to a single wheel—ideal for serious racers. The second-generation design is lighter, stronger, and more efficient than any other torque-biasing differential, providing unmatched durability without compromising steering response. Maintenance-free gears eliminate the need for special fluids and rebuilds, while lock-free operation ensures seamless integration with steering dynamics.
