Due to the nature of For Race Use Only products, MFactory Competition Products provides a limited 1-year warranty on all Final Drive Gears, warranting them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt of the product and at the time of professional installation. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer/installer to verify the suitability for installation. Parts that have been used in a running transmission or carrier will not be covered under warranty. Parts returned must be determined by MFactory Competition Products to be defective before any warranty credit or replacement is issued.

MFactory Competition Products' warranty obligation is limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any part proven defective. Customers must prepay transportation charges for returning products under warranty consideration.

The final determination of the suitability of the products for the intended use is solely the buyer's responsibility. MFactory Competition Products shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor, that might arise from the failure of any part.

MFactory Competition Products also disclaims liability for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part covered by this warranty.
